Andre M. Perry Presents Research to Planners in Baltimore

Andre M. Perry, a Senior Fellow with the Brookings Instititution, joined Planners at Baltimore City on April 5, 2021 to present his research and work on the impact of racial bias on housing markets. Perry co-authored the Brookings Institution report “The Devaluation of Assets in Black Neighborhoods”. His presentation to the Department of Planning is available for public view here:
