FEMA Flood Mapping (preliminary)
FEMA has issued new Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps and a Flood Insurance Study of the City of Baltimore! The Department of Planning is a repository for all FEMA Map products for the City of Baltimore. FEMA Map products identify regulatory floodplains and floodways with computed base flood elevations.

Housing Market Typology
Baltimore’s housing market typology was developed to assist the City in its efforts to strategically match available public resources to neighborhood housing market conditions. A typology is a critical tool used by the Department of Housing’s Vacants to Value program to address city-wide vacant housing challenges.

Online Community Association Directory
The Community Association Directory is a comprehensive listing of community associations in Baltimore City, including citywide non-profits, umbrella organizations, community associations, business associations, and block groups. The directory is now fully available online with numerous new features.

EconView (Development Projects)
This interactive mapping tool was developed to display real estate development and public investment throughout Baltimore City in 2010. Users can view project profiles either by entering an address or keyword or by selecting from the dots and boundary areas on the map.

Central Maryland Development Tracker Interactive Map
The purpose of this interactive map is to provide geographic visualization of development projects and track them as they go through the review process. The points on the interactive map represent the status of the project at the time of any public hearing for which approval is required in order to obtain a building permit.
